Elizabeth DelaBarre is a practitioner and trainer of FMHB (Fajardo Method of Holistic Biomechanics) – a system which uses observation and simple movements to map the structure of the body and to inform the nervous system by sensing location in order to stabilize it, moving out of fight or flight states and towards a parasympathetic state – providing resilience to stress. Elizabeth wanted to convey the idea of building this tensegrity in the body through depicting the growing stages of a flower. Once the logo was finalized we moved on to create a simple Squarespace website and provided the client with enough guidance to make edits and maintain it herself.
