ABOUT BONFILIO DESIGN | DESIGN WITH PURPOSE
Bonfilio is our name, graphic design is our game.
It’s what we do best. Bonfilio Design is a boutique design agency that has been providing strategic creative services for established and entrepreneurial brands, businesses, and nonprofits since 1998. Merging an expertise in graphic design, problem solving and marketing with a long-term sustainable approach, we create impactful visual communications that inspire people to engage.
Bonfilio Design launched and operated from a small studio in the heart of NYC’s Union Square district, designing logos and promotional materials for various small to mid-sized companies. The studio went on to create the NYC 2000 logo for the City of New York, and branded the Millennium Celebrations that occurred throughout the year – including the famed New Year’s Celebration in Times Square. In 2002 we moved to midtown as we expanded our services to include packaging and digital design, drawing in clients from a variety of industries. Since then our work has adorned products and promotional materials for many well-known brands and organizations. As technology developed, the need for a brick and mortar office in NYC diminished, and in 2011 we became a completely remote agency, enabling us to pass our overhead savings on to our clients.
Over the years, we’ve developed a large network of resources which allows us to be extremely nimble and even more cost efficient as we’re able to scale up to undertake large, comprehensive projects when necessary.
DELIA BONFILIO
Founder and Creative Director
Delia graduated from Pratt Institute with a BFA in Communication Design and soon after became a Senior Designer at News Communications – a company that owned 14 newspaper publications at the time. She went on to join Jobson Publishing as an Art Director for one of their trade publications. During this time, she freelanced and began to build a side business which later became Bonfilio Design. After successfully running the business in NYC for 14 years, BD shifted to a remote business model and Delia spent nine years in California. In 2020, she moved to Charlotte, NC where she resides in a round house with her cat and three chihuahuas.

SELENA BONFILIO
Package Design Director
Selena graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a BFA in Package Design. As a senior at FIT she interned with the famed Coleman group in NYC and was hired upon graduation. In 2002 she went on to lend her talents and package design expertise to Bonfilio Design and continues to consult for other notable design agencies. She has an extensive list of clients and broad range of projects under her belt. Selena resides in the beautiful San Remo area of Long Island with her gang of rescued cats.
Since childhood, Delia and Selena have been passionate about two things: animals and art. The evolution and culmination of these passions have led them to become vegan graphic designers.
