BKR Management Group is a construction management firm serving the New York City metropolitan area, with a strong focus on commercial building projects and transparent client relationships.

The kit includes a custom presentation folder and a series of stepped informational sheets that organize BKR’s services into an easy-to-navigate sales tool.

For the folder, I created a layered visual combining a map of the firm’s service area with architectural photography. Transparency became a recurring design element throughout the piece, appearing in the logo, typography, and imagery as a subtle visual reference to one of BKR’s core brand values. The result is a polished, cohesive marketing system that reinforces the company’s identity while presenting its services clearly and professionally.
