Bernard Nickels & Associates (BNA Staffing) is a New York City-based recruiting and staffing firm serving both employers and job seekers. The company needed a more polished digital presence that better reflected its experience while making information easier to find and navigate.
I streamlined the existing logo and completely redesigned the website in Squarespace, reorganizing repetitive content and creating a clearer structure for clients and candidates. The new design uses stronger visual hierarchy, simplified navigation, and a more contemporary brand presentation to guide visitors quickly to the information they need.
The result is a professional, user-friendly recruiting website that feels more cohesive, credible, and aligned with BNA Staffing’s established presence in the industry.
