Buchbinder and Warren Real Estate | Logo Design & Brand Identity

Buchbinder & Warren is a New York City real estate management company based at the corner of 14th Street and Union Square West. The identity needed to reflect both the company’s real estate expertise and the architectural character of its prominent Manhattan location.

I developed the logo and brand identity from a photograph I took of the building itself. By tightly cropping the architecture and simplifying it into a high-contrast graphic, the building becomes the central visual element of the mark rather than simply serving as background imagery.

The dramatic perspective gives the identity a strong sense of place, structure, and permanence, while the restrained typography keeps the overall mark clean and professional. The result is a distinctive real estate identity rooted directly in the company’s Union Square presence and the properties it represents.
