Buchbinder & Warren is a New York City real estate management company with offices in a striking building at the corner of 14th Street and Union Square West.

To create an identity that felt specific to the firm, I photographed the building and used its architecture as the foundation of the logo. The image was tightly cropped and composed for maximum impact, creating a bold, distinctive mark that reflects both the company’s iconic location and the character of the properties it represents.
